Conditions of Sale

  1. All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and include GST unless otherwise specified.
  2. Prices quoted are FOB Luddenham NSW. Freight to customer is not included unless otherwise specified.
  3. A minimum of 20% deposit is required to secure an order with full payment required prior to shipping.
  4. Payment is accepted by Cash, Mastercard, Visa or EFTPOS. There is no credit card surcharge.
  5. Orders cancelled beyond 7 days of placement incur a 20% restocking charge.
  6. All goods are warranted for 12 months against defects in materials or labour, subject to normal wear and tear in non-commercial use. Goods will be repaired or replaced at the exclusive discretion of Mini Train Systems Pty Ltd (MTS). Transport costs for return of goods for repair are the responsibility of the customer. The total liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the purchase value of the goods and MTS is under no circumstances liable for consequential damages.
  7. Imported goods not in stock may be subject to an exchange rate variation should the exchange rate between the Australian Dollar and the relevant currency vary in excess of 5% from date of quote to date of purchase.
  8. Delivery times quoted are estimated only and based on best efforts. No liability is accepted for late delivery due to circumstances beyond the control of MTS.
  9. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.
