The 7 Plank Wagon booster cars are designed to work with any of our 7.25" gauge locomotives, and provide an extra 1kw of tractive power.

Sitting between the locomotive and the Driver's Riding Car and suited well for british engines such as our Drewry, Austerity, Southern, Vulcan, or Y6 Trams, they add a significant power at a much lower cost than a second scale model loco.

The MTS Model

We have designed this wagon to reflect the range of mineral wagons across the UK Railways. Two main versions are available to suit your needs:

• 7 Plank Mineral Wagon, with "Coal" or "Gravel" load
• Covered "Salt" Wagon
